In a fascinating talk by Dr Stephan Wolke CEO of Thyssenkrupp at the C5 Life Sciences Summit in Munich last week, Dr Wolke shared his unique insights into how to transform a company's IP processes to become one of the top 25 German EP patent filers.  IP creation was stimulated, given intelligent direction and focus in light of the competitive environment and internal processes revamped to ensure IP was effectively captured and protected, creating effective IP coverage for the business.  A true role model for how to make your IP work for you.  Sadly no record of the talk publicly available.
