About me
I am a corporate lawyer but I specialize primarily in pharmaceutical and medical law (Life Sciences). I provide legal counselling to wide range of Czech and foreign clients in various aspects of law of pharmaceutical products and medical devices, including launching new products on the market, drug marketing authorizations, reimbursement from public health insurance and pricing regulation, clinical trials, promotion and advertising, sponsoring, interactions with healthcare professionals, etc. Significant part of my agenda consists of commercial contracts, in particular distribution contracts, supply contracts, warehousing agreements, volume bonus agreements, marketing and PR contracts, as well as special pricing arrangements with health insurance providers.
