About me

My main practice covers complex cross-border patent litigation, with a particular focus on biotechnology (notably biological and biosimilar medicines as well as DNA analysis, genome editing and genomic medicine), pharmaceuticals and medical devices. I also frequently advise on compliance/regulatory law and product liability defense in the life sciences & health care sector.

As well as having studied law and medicine, I have obtained a medical doctorate and I am admitted as a physician as well as a lawyer in Germany.
