Vadim has extensive market access and advocacy experience, having been involved in activities which help shape the market and legal environment.
Vadim has niched competition experience, advising exclusively clients in the pharmaceutical sector. His experience in the competition area covers complex and novel projects which require a unique blend of competition and regulatory/ sector knowledge, as well as day-to-day industry-specific matters: restructuring of business models, implementation of selective and exclusive distribution models, emergency channels, commercial policies, interactions with distributors and retailers, assisting clients in the context of sector inquiries and targeted investigations of the Competition Council.
Over the years, Vadim has also developed a particular skill set in compliance and internal investigations on various topics ranging from fraud to intricate commercial practices and their compliance with competition rules and has assisted clients in the context of criminal investigations performed by the National Anti-corruption department (DNA) and territorial structures of DNA.
Vadim assisted clients in procedures (including negotiations and discussions on legislative proposals) in front of CNAS, MoH and ANMDMR.
Vadim has provided on-site advice during 3 secondments to global players in the life sciences sector, from day-to-day activities to acting as advisor for the management team, working closely with the market access, government affairs, finance and other departments. He also coordinated several cross-border projects.
He was speaker at various internal and external seminars on regulatory, public tender and compliance matters and delivered dedicated/ tailored legal and compliance trainings to audiences of more than 100 people.
