Corporate Partner at DLA Piper and a member of the firm's Life Sciences sector. I am an honorary lecturer at the University of Birmingham and member of the London Stock Exchange's Regional Advisory Group. Specialising in capital markets advising on IPOs (both on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market and AIM), secondary offerings, takeovers and mergers and public company corporate governance/ESG. I am also active in M&A transactions (acting for both private and public companies with a particular focus on cross-border transactions), joint ventures and early-stage investments (VC, spin-outs etc).
